I’m a mom and I don’t have time for fitness studios.. This Pilates chair was a game-changer for me.. cause now I can exercise at home and it works all of my muscles surprisingly well. I feel how my belly gets flatter and more toned. The workouts are challenging but not too much as I can adjust the resistance. I can tell I’m losing weight while getting stronger!! 5 stars!

This pilates chair is incredible! It’s sturdy, easy to use, and I can do so many different exercises. I’ve never felt this engaged in a home workout. It’s well designed and definitely worth the investment if you’re serious about getting fit. 5/5
