Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. In order to receive a full refund, products must be returned in suitable packaging. If you’d like to receive products outside of your subscription, you’ll need to set up separate subscriptions for them. If you want a different flavor or product altogether, please cancel your current subscription in your account and place a new subscription order for the flavor or item you want.
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for supplement orders due to our quality and safety protocols. However, if you try our dietary supplement and it does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
