01. Arch Stretch Twist
Sit with the arch behind you. Extend your right leg, bend your left knee, and rest your left hip on the arch. Extend your arms out to the sides. Engage your core, and then twist your upper body to the left. Hold a couple of seconds, then return to start. Repeat on the other side.
Lie face down over the arch, hips supported. Extend your legs straight behind, toes pointed. Place your hands on the mat, shoulder-width apart. Inhale and lift your chest and head up, extending the spine. Hold briefly, then exhale and lower your back down. Repeat the movement.
Lie face down on the arch, supporting your hips. Extend your legs straight back. Place your hands on the mat under your shoulders. Inhale, lift your legs, bend your elbows, and pull your chest and head forward toward the floor. Hold briefly, then exhale and lower down. Repeat the movement.
Sit in front of the arch, knees bent, and feet flat. Lie back over the arch, aligning it with your spine. Extend your arms overhead, reaching back. Inhale, stretch, and open your chest. Hold briefly, then exhale and return to the start. Repeat the movement.
Lie back over the arch, supporting your hips. Bend your right knee and put your foot flat on the mat. Extend your left leg straight up. Place your hands on your hips for support. Inhale and lift your left leg higher. Exhale and lower it back down. Repeat, then switch legs.
