Stand at the base of your reformer, the moving planks close to your end. Bend down without bending your knees and put your hands on the planks. Move them forward and backward. Keep your feet on the ground and your back straight.
Facing away from your reformer, go into a plank position and put your feet on the moving pads. Keep your arms straight and your core engaged. Move one plank forward and the other backward. Continue the movement, alternating between legs.
Stand facing away from your reformer with your hands on your hips for balance. Put one of your feet on the moving pad. Go into a lunge my pushing the pad backward, ten forward. Repeat.
Stand up straight on your reformer and hold your springs in both hands. Engage your core. Pull the springs up to your shoulders and lower them to your hips. Repeat.
Stand on your knees in front of your reformer and then go on all fours by putting your hands on the moving planks. Extend your opposite arm and your opposite leg. Keeping a straight back, bring your knee and your elbow under your stomach and extend again.
Stand on your knees and put your hands on the moving planks. Keep your arms straight. Shift your weight onto your arms and pick your legs up. Engage your core and move the planks forward and then backward. Keep your back straight.
