Cross Crunches
Lean back onto the soft ball with knees bent and hands behind your head, keeping your elbows wide. Extend both legs forward, then draw one knee toward your chest while rotating your opposite shoulder toward it. Return to center and alternate sides with control.
Lie on your back with knees bent. Lift your legs into tabletop and place the soft ball on top of your right thigh. Press the ball into the thigh with both hands as you extend your left leg forward. Bend it back to tabletop and continue with control.

Lie on your back with knees bent and the band looped around your right foot. Start drawing inward circles, keeping the leg straight and steady. Continue in a smooth, controlled rhythm.
