How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order because of any issue, contact our team immediately. We will be more than happy to help walk through the cancellation and process your refund.

Can I change the Product or the size of the Product after placing the order?

A Product or the size of the Product can only be changed within 12 hours from placing your order by contacting us at shop@betterme.world

We can change the details of the order as long as the order has not been shipped or has not proceeded past the point in production where these details can be changed. 

You can return the Product within 30 days of receiving your order without having to give any reason.

Can I change the shipping address?

A shipping address can only be changed within 12 hours from placing your order  by contacting us at shop@betterme.world

We can change the shipping address for you as long as the order has not been shipped or has not proceeded past the point in production where the address can be changed. 

When contacting us, it is important to provide both the updated shipping address and the order number. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta/Connect or Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We'll do our best to fix the issue and keep you posted if the change in address isn't possible.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

Contact our customer service team and they'll do their very best to make things right as quickly as possible.

Delivery
Do you ship internationally?

Enjoy complimentary shipping to the listed countries! Expect your order within 10 to 20 working days. Keep in mind, our prices don't include any import duties or extra fees that your destination country may apply.

How does the delivery process work?

Expect your order to be delivered within 10-20 business days to the countries indicated on our  shipping list and 2-6 business days for BetterMe Band orders within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for all items purchased from us.

Why is my order not being delivered in the estimated time?

If the expected delivery date has already passed, we kindly request a few additional days for your order to arrive, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Returns
How do I return something if I need to?

We're happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition that have proof of purchase. You have to return them within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive an item that’s different from what you ordered, please feel free to contact our support team for help. They'll make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible. It may take up to 24-48 hours to process your request.

What can I return?

In order for us to fully refund your returned items, they must be returned in suitable packaging.

The items cannot be used, worn or damaged other than as a result of any necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. 

Note: Subject to your right to cancel and your statutory rights, some Products may be excluded from return (ex. headwear). 

How to request a refund?

You must meet all the following conditions:

  1. You need to contact us at shop@betterme.world indicating the following details: name; order number; reason for refund; and 
  2. Return the Product in brand new condition, including all parts included in its original state, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. 
  3. Apparel shall have the original tags attached and shall be unwashed and unworn. 
Will I be notified about the refund?

After we receive your request, you'll get a confirmation email. We’ll then process your refund within 5 business days.

Do you have a size guide?

The easiest way is to find the size guide on the product card that interests you.

What are the measurements for leggings?

The measurements can vary between styles. The best way to find your perfect fit is to look through the specific product page.
