It does! If the band is disconnected from the device, it will continue tracking all the metrics. As soon as you connect your phone to Bluetooth and the band, all the data will show up on the app.
Yes, it’s compatible with both systems. Unfortunately, BetterMe Fitness Tracker does not connect to iPads.
Our water-friendly fitness band can be used for shallow water activities only in freshwater.
Our water-resistant BetterMe Fitness Tracker may be vulnerable to the potential for exposure to chlorine, soaps, shampoos and other cosmetics, which can cause long-term damage to your device. We also don’t recommend wearing any of our devices in a hot tub or sauna.
For devices with an IP68 rating, follow these tips to prevent damage to your device and to help maintain the water and dust resistant performance:
- Do not immerse the device in fresh water deeper than 1.5 meters and do not keep it submerged in fresh water less than 1.5 meters deep for more than 30 minutes.
- Do not use your device in hot showers/baths, saunas, diving, surfing, or during any other similar activities.
- Do not expose the device to water moving with force.
- Do not expose the device to salt water or chlorinated water.
- If the device is exposed to fresh water, dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- If the device is dropped or receives an impact, the water and dust-resistant features may be damaged.
Do not disassemble your device as the water or dust resistance may be impaired.
We have Limited Warranty for the BetterMe Fitness Tracker. Our obligation within 1 year or 2 years (depending on the country of your residence) after receiving of BetterMe Band by you to (1) repair the band or replace it with a new one for free, or if this is impossible for whatever reason to (2) refund you in case the initially purchased band had any manufacturing defects. We do not recommend using the band in salt or chlorinated water. Don't use the band while taking a hot shower/bath, sauna, diving, surfing, swimming in the pool, or during any other activities that involve interaction with high-temperature/moisture environments.
- There’s a detector monitoring your sleep at night. You can swipe to the sleep analysis page to see the data. Temporarily, the device doesn’t support daytime naps and abnormal nighttime behavior monitoring (work shifts, etc.).
- All BetterMe Fitness Tracker's images available above are used for illustrative purposes only for demonstrating its functionality, so the actual product may slightly differ (including but not limited to appearance, color, pictures etc.).
- In case you have a pacemaker, implantable cardioverter defibrillator, or other implanted device, we strongly recommend you consult your healthcare provider and/or a manufacturer of the implanted device before using BetterMe Fitness Tracker. Utilizing the band together with the implanted device may have an adverse effect on the last and as a consequence – your health state.
- The screens presented are available only with a paid subscription in BetterMe app.
- For U.S. customers, free shipping applies to orders over $100 USD (excluding taxes, duties, and international processing fees). Please note that depending on your location, we may not refund original shipping charges.
