Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your BetterMe Store account and associated personal data at any time using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — In the app
Open the app menu, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This sends a data deletion request to our support team.
Option 2 — By email
Send a request to support@betterme.world from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'.
What happens next
Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it from our systems. We will confirm once the deletion is complete, typically within 30 days of receiving your request.
