Start kneeling and extend your left leg out to the side. Lean your torso to the right while holding the sculpt dumbbells. Sweep both arms overhead in a smooth arc. Lower your arms back down with control while maintaining the side lean. Continue flowing the arms up and down.
Begin kneeling with ankle weights on, then place your right hand on the ground as you extend your left leg out to the side. Lift your left arm while holding the dumbbell. Raise your left leg upward and lower your left arm in an arc to reach toward the lifted leg. Return to the starting position.
Sit with your knees bent and wrap the long band securely around your feet. Hold each end of the band with your arms lifted to shoulder height. Bend one elbow toward your hip as you twist your torso in the same direction. Return to center with control. Repeat the motion to the opposite side.
Begin in a side plank with your right hand on the ground. Hold the dumbbell in your left hand overhead. Bend your knees and lower your arm toward your feet. Straighten your legs and return the arm. Then bend your left arm down toward the floor in front of you. Extend back to the overhead position.
Sit with ankle weights on and place the soft ball between your ankles. Lean back slightly and lower to your forearms. Extend your legs forward at an upward angle. Bend both knees until your toes tap the ground. Straighten your legs again while keeping the ball secure.
