01. Reverse Lunge With Soft Ball Overhead
Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart, holding the Soft Pilates Ball in front of your chest. Step one foot back into a reverse lunge, bending both knees to lower with control. As you descend, lift the ball overhead while keeping your core engaged and chest upright. Press through the front heel to return to standing, bringing the ball back to chest level. Alternate sides with each rep. This exercise strengthens your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, activates the shoulders and arms, and improves balance and core stability.
Start on all fours on the Mini Pilates Reformer with your hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Attach the weight band to your working leg and connect the resistance band to the board for added tension. Keeping your core engaged and back flat, lift one leg slightly and begin small, controlled circles against the resistance. Complete your reps in one direction, then reverse the motion. Lower the leg with control and switch sides. This exercise strengthens your glutes and hamstrings, improves hip mobility and balance, and challenges core stability throughout the movement.
Lie on your back with your feet placed on the Mini Pilates Reformer and the ball positioned between your knees or inner thighs. Press through your heels to lift your hips, forming a straight line from shoulders to knees. At the top, gently squeeze the ball and hold for a moment before slightly releasing the tension. Lower your hips back down with control and repeat. This movement strengthens your glutes and hamstrings, activates the inner thighs, and supports better pelvic alignment and stability.
Stand upright on the Mini Pilates Reformer holding the springs in both hands, with weight bands secured for added resistance. Keep your core engaged and shoulders relaxed. Pull the springs upward toward your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body and chest open. Slowly lower your arms back down to hip level with control and repeat. This movement strengthens your upper back, shoulders, and biceps, engages the core for stability, and supports better posture and shoulder mobility.
