Lie back, lift legs with bands, alternate elbow to knee in a bicycle motion. Keep core tight and pace steady for an effective abdominal burn.
On all fours with the band around your right foot's arch, anchor band ends to the ground. Extend your right leg back, then draw the knee in. Switch legs and continue.
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place the ball between your knees and extend your legs up to 45-degree angle. Lift your arms and head up. Keeping your legs still, move your arms up and down.
Stand tall and squeeze the ball between your knees. Squat to a 90-degree angle. Make sure not to drive the knees over your toes. As you squat, raise your extended arms. Repeat the movement.
Secure the band around your thighs and step into a lunge. Lower down, embracing the band's tension. Push up to start and repeat. Power up your leg routine!
Wrap the band around your thighs, lie on your side, body aligned. Lift your right leg sideways, knee slightly bent, then lower. Switch to the left leg. Keep the rhythm for sculpted, powerful hips!
