Wall Sit
Lean against a wall with feet hip-width apart. Slide down until knees are at a 90° angle and thighs are parallel to the floor. Press your back firmly against the wall. Hold a ball between your palms at chest height. Stay still and hold.
Lie on your back propper up on your forearms with the band around your ankles and feet flexed. Lift both legs off the floor, then raise one leg higher and lower it back to a hover. Switch legs in a marching motion, keeping feet off the floor.
Stand in 1st position: heels together, toes apart. With weights at hips and palms front, curl toward shoulders while bending knees. Flip palms forward and slowly lower arms. Keep elbows slightly away from your waist throughout. Control the descent.
Kneel on your right knee with the left leg out for support. Start with weights at your waist, elbows pulled back. Open forearms wide and press weights out to the sides. Squeeze elbows back toward ribs with control. Hold the extension and pulse back, squeezing shoulder blades.
Begin by holding the band in both hands and standing in the middle with arms at your sides. Raise one arm on a forward diagonal to shoulder height, then lower it. Repeat with the other arm.
Stand with your left hand on the wall and feet together with ankle weights on. Extend your right leg forward with toes pointed and raise your right arm to 1st position. Then, bend your right knee and raise it to hip height in one count and lower it back down over three counts.
Begin on your back with ankle weights on and the ball under your hips. Draw your knees into your chest in a deep crunch, then extend your legs out to a straight diagonal. Pull the knees back into the chest and repeat.
Kneel upright with the ball between your feet, holding the band in both hands at shoulder height. Hinge back at the knees into a diagonal lean and hold. Pull your hands toward your shoulders and extend back out, then return to upright.
