Sit with the Pilates ring between your thighs. Squeeze it using your inner thighs, hold, then release. Repeat for a focused inner thigh workout.

Sit with the Pilates ring between your thighs. Squeeze it using your inner thighs, hold, then release. Repeat for a focused inner thigh workout.
Lie back, knees bent, Pilates ring in hands. As you crunch up, squeeze the ring, focusing on core engagement. Feel the burn in each crunch and squeeze combo.
Lie back, knees bent, place the Pilates ring between them. Press knees together firmly, then relax. Repeat, focusing on hip and inner thigh strength with each squeeze.
Sit, legs out, ring in hands. Lift into a V shape, squeezing the ring. Hold, engaging your core, then lower. Strengthen core and balance in each V-sit hold.
Hold the Pilates ring in front, arms out. Rotate your torso, keeping the ring steady. Alternate sides. Strengthen core and obliques with each controlled ring rotation.
Stand tall, hold the Pilates ring between hands at chest level, elbows at 90 degrees. Press arms together, then release. Repeat to engage and strengthen your torso.
Stand upright, place the Pilates ring by your right hip, hand on the other side. Press down towards your hip, then relax. Repeat, switch sides. Tone your sides with each squeeze.
Stand with feet apart, Pilates ring in hands. Squat down, extend arms and ring forward. Rise up, bend elbows, press arms together. Repeat, combining squats with arm strength.
