This Refund Policy is limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

At BetterMe Inc., we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you try our dietary supplement and it does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund— subject to the rules below. Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind. However, this does not apply to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not delivered.

30-Day Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. A refund is available only once per customer for each dietary supplement and only for the first order of that dietary supplement placed through the customer’s BetterMe account.

If your first order is a one-time purchase, you may receive a refund for that first order of the dietary supplement. No refunds are available for any later purchase of the same dietary supplement.

If your first order is a subscription, you may receive a refund only for the first shipment of that dietary supplement under the subscription. No refunds are available for any later shipment, subscription renewal, restarted subscription, or any later purchase of the same dietary supplement.

Dealing with a refund

All you need to do to request a refund is email our support team at store@betterme.world. You will then receive information regarding the next steps. Our team will help you make the process quick and easy!

We may ask you to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail your product to us, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.

We reserve the right to verify information and to deny return requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused this Refund Policy.

You are not responsible for return shipping costs if you follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
