What is my order status?

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order because of any issue, contact our team immediately. We will be more than happy to help walk through the cancellation and process your refund.

Can I change the color/size once the order went through?

Once your order has been submitted, it immediately goes to processing. In order to avoid any shipping delays, we do not allow any changes in colors or sizes once the order has gone through checkout.

Can I change the Product or the size of the Product after placing the order?

A Product or the size of the Product can only be changed within 12 hours from placing your order by contacting us at shop@betterme.world

We can change the details of the order as long as the order has not been shipped or has not proceeded past the point in production where these details can be changed. 

You can return the Product within 30 days of receiving your order without having to give any reason.

When contacting us, it is important to provide both the updated shipping address and the order number. 

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You can attempt to change your shipping address after the order has been placed by contacting customer service below. However, there's a chance it won't work and we'll confirm this for you before making any changes.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta/Connect or Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We'll do our best to fix the issue and keep you posted if the change in address isn't possible.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

We're committed to getting your order shipped as soon as it has been placed, even if it’s during the busy holiday season! We ensure that your order will arrive within 14 business days.

Standard shipping for packages are shipped via DHL eCommerce, with final delivery via USPS (in US) or your local service.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for all items purchased from us.

Why is my order not being delivered in the estimated time?

Shipping estimates are provided by USPS. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How do I return something if I need to?

We're happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition that have proof of purchase. You have to return them within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive an item that’s different from what you ordered, please feel free to contact our support team for help. They'll make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible (usually on the same day)!

What can I return?

In order for us to fully refund your returned items, they must be returned in suitable packaging.

The items cannot be used, worn or damaged other than as a result of any necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. 

Note: Subject to your right to cancel and your statutory rights, some Products may be excluded from return (ex. headwear). 

How to request a refund?

You must meet all the following conditions:

  1. You need to contact us at shop@betterme.world indicating the following details: name; order number; reason for refund; and 
  2. Return the Product in brand new condition, including all parts included in its original state, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of request. 
  3. Apparel shall have the original tags attached and shall be unwashed and unworn.

After we receive your request, you'll get a confirmation email. We’ll then process your refund within 5 business days.

The measurements can vary between styles. The best way to find your perfect fit is to look through the specific product page.
