Sculpt Body Bar

Take a wide stance and put your Body Bar on your shoulders behind your head. Hold it with both hands at its ends. Perform squats.

Kneel on a mat. Hold your Body Bar with both hands, arms lowered and relaxed. Raise the bar up to your shoulder level and keep your arms straight. Lower it back down and repeat.

Lie on your back and put your hands behind your head. Lift your legs and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle. Put your Body Bar on your legs just below your knees. Perform crunches.

Take a wide stance and hold your Body Bar with both hands, palms away from your body. While keeping your elbows close to your torso, pull your Bar up to your chin and lower it back down. Keep a comfortable pace.

Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet close to your bottom. Put your Body Bar on your hips and hold it with both hands on its ends. Perform a glute bridge, then go down. Repeat.

Stand up straight and shift your weight onto your left leg. Hold your Body Bar with both hands, arms relaxed and lowered. Bend your torso while simultaneously raising your right leg. Pull your Bar to your chest, lower it and go back to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg as well.

Stand up straight and put your Body Bar on your shoulders behind your head. Hold it with both hands at its ends. Perform two right lunges. Then two left lunges. Repeat.
