Exercise 1
Put your right foot on a slider. Squat as low as your can and bring your right leg out three times. Get back up, squat again and repeat.
Stand, feet apart, alternate front punches with each arm. Engage your core, extend arms fully for a powerful workout. Feel the strength in every punch!
Stand tall at hip-width apart stance, holding the dumbbells in your hands. Slightly bend your knees and lean your torso forward, placing your hands in front of you. Simultaneously, lift your right hand up and your left hand to the back. Continue by alternating sides.
Sit on the floor with your knees bent at 45-degree angle. Hold the dumbbells in your hands and place them in front of you. Gently lean your body backwards, and open your arm towards your right side. Gaze the movement of your arm. Alternate between sides.
Stand up straight with a dumbbell in each hand. Lift your left knee up in a 90-degree angle and step back, going into a lunge. At the same time, bring the dumbbells up to your chin. Raise them above your head while simultaneously doing a toe raise with your right foot. Go back and repeat.
