01. Front Biceps Curl
Stand, weight bands around forearms, elbows at 90 degrees. Curl hands to shoulders, then release. Strengthen your biceps with each focused curl.
Stand, feet apart, alternate front punches with each arm. Engage your core, extend arms fully for a powerful workout. Feel the strength in every punch!
Lie back, band mid-foot on your right leg, left leg flat. Hold the band ends, lift your straight right leg up, then bend and straighten at the knee. Repeat and switch legs.
On all fours with the band around your right foot's arch, anchor band ends to the ground. Extend your right leg back, then draw the knee in. Switch legs and continue.
Loop the band around your thighs, on all fours, back flat. Kick back with your right leg, knee bent, then return. Switch legs. Keep it up for a firmer, stronger booty!
Slip the band above your knees and squat deeply, keeping your knees behind your toes and your back flat. Rise and repeat. Feel the strength in every squat!
Wrap the band around your thighs, lie on your side, body aligned. Lift your right leg sideways, knee slightly bent, then lower. Switch to the left leg. Keep the rhythm for sculpted, powerful hips!
